Do I need to know anything about N8N?

What happens after I pay?

You're taken directly to a chat with our AI agent. It will ask you detailed questions about your automation needs — what triggers it, what services are involved, your API keys, etc. Once you confirm the requirements, it builds and delivers your workflow.

How long does it take to get my workflow?

The AI chat typically takes 5-15 minutes depending on complexity. Once you confirm requirements, the workflow is built and delivered in under a minute.

What if the workflow doesn't work as expected?

You can continue chatting with the AI to make adjustments. The agent can modify, debug, and rebuild your workflow until it meets your needs.

What services can FlowBuild connect to?

Telegram, Slack, Discord, OpenAI/GPT, Notion, Email (SMTP), and any service with a REST API via HTTP Request nodes. Google Sheets and Gmail require OAuth — our AI guides you, but manual credential setup may be needed. See the supported services list above.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Premium?

Starter ($39): template-based, up to 10 steps, 3 services — great for simple automations like "check price → send Telegram". Pro ($99): custom workflows, up to 25 steps, 8 services, with conditions and AI processing. Premium ($199): unlimited steps and services, complex branching, loops, custom JavaScript code.

What do I need to provide?

API keys or tokens for the services you want to connect (e.g., Telegram Bot Token, Slack token, OpenAI API key). The AI will ask you for each one during the conversation. We store them securely and encrypted on our servers.

What happens to my workflow after delivery?

It runs automatically on our managed servers 24/7. You can view its status on your dashboard. If your API keys expire or a third-party service changes, you'll need to provide updated credentials. We do not guarantee 100% uptime — see our Terms of Service.
